Participants may enter the Giveaway at any time during the Entry Period. Sponsor will select one (1) winner for each of the Prizes from the pool of eligible individuals on or about March 20, 2009. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible individuals (each a “Participant” or “you”) may enter the Giveaway by going to the Watchmen Music page (located at www.watchmenmusic.com/contest). Participants must then submit one (1) e-mail address in the submission field at the top of the Watchmen Music page, and must also submit an answer to the following question: “If you could choose a theme song for your favorite Watchmen character what would it be? Explain your answer in a few sentences.” Limit one (1) entry per person or household. If a Participant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one entry during the Entry Period, only the first online entry may be entered into the Giveaway. Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and such senders. Incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect entry forms are void. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Three (3) Participants (each a “Potential Winner”) will be selected by Sponsor as the winners of the Grand Prize, Runner-up Prize, and Second Runner-up Prize, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, based on the following equally weighted judging criteria:.Creativity and thoughtfulness. Potential Winners may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with their winning entry and will be required to furnish proof of eligibility (including, without limitation, proof of United States residency, and age) as a condition of receiving the Prize. If a Potential Winner does not claim his or her Prize within one (1) week of notification, Sponsor will send a second notification email. If a Potential Winner doesn’t reply within one (1) week of the second notification, then an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries for the corresponding Entry Period.
